Our Quality Management team works alongside physicians, nurses, and staff to continuously evaluate and improve the way care is delivered. The Quality Management Department is led by Elizabeth Mahoney and includes representatives from customer service and infection prevention. Together, this team supports hospital-wide initiatives that ensure our patients receive compassionate, high-quality care at every touchpoint.
Public Reporting & Transparency
Hospitals across the country voluntarily report quality data to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). This information is publicly available through hospitalcompare.hhs.gov.
Using the Care Compare website, patients can:
- Search for hospitals by ZIP code
- Compare up to three hospitals within a 200-mile radius
- Review performance across multiple quality categories
One of the most frequently viewed sections is the Survey of Patients’ Hospital Experience, which measures how well hospitals communicate with patients and whether patients would recommend the hospital to others.
